Georgian parliament chairman David Bakradze will pay official visit to India late 2009. This issue was discussed at the meeting with Georgian foreign minister Grigol Vashadze and India's extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Georgia Rina Pandei (residence in Yerevan), Georgian foreign ministry said.
Pandei completes her diplomatic mission in Georgia.
During the meeting the sides discussed situation in Georgia and region, as well as bilateral and multilateral relations between two countries and prospects of their further development.
Special attention was paid to prospects of opening Georgia's embassy in Delhi and India's embassy in Tbilisi.
Georgian foreign minister Grigol Vashadze thanked ambassador for fruitful work and wished her success in diplomacy.
