Georgian PM, German officials to discuss security and foreign policy

Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri has left for to Germany where he will meet with the German Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development Dirk Niebel on Monday, the Prime Minister’s Office told Trend.

Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri has left for to Germany where he will meet with the German Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development Dirk Niebel on Monday, the Prime Minister's Office told Trend.

During the visit he is also scheduled to meet with the adviser to the Federal Chancellor on Security and Foreign Policy Kristof Hoisgen, CEO of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Representatives Martin Wansleben, the Vice-Chancellor of Germany Philip Rosler and the German Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich.

Mr Gilauri will deliver a speech at the German Council on foreign relations. During the visit, a Georgian wine sampling event will be held, during which the prime minister will meet with German businessmen.
