Former soccer player Kakha Kaladze, who is a newcomer to politics, has left Kala Capital.
Kaladze told the Resonance newspaper that he has handed the project over to his partners.
Kala Capital planned to construct a mini-city on Arsenal hill and to attract investments worth several hundred million dollars.
However, the project was suspended because of war and crisis. The company failed to meet its obligations. Financial sanctions were imposed, and the former football start joined the opposition.
