About 150 hectares of non-agricultural land were allocated under the industrial zone in Batumi upon the Adjara government's decision.
A plot of land has been allocated to develop small and medium-sized business and to create new enterprises. This will create new jobs in the region and enhance Adjara's industrial potential, the ministry of finance and economy said today.
If investors show interest, the ministry of finance is ready to consider all proposals enhancing the industrial potential of the region, creating new jobs as soon as possible.
