Georgia, Tbilisi, Sept.19/ Trend, N.Kirtskhalia /

Resumption of the mission in Georgia will be discussed at a meeting of the OSCE Observation Mission. Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergi Kapanadze left for Vienna to participate at the meeting.

He plans to address the meeting.

According to Kapanadze, he will also inform the meeting participants about the situation in the country's occupied regions.

Representatives of 15 member countries of the organization will attend the meeting.
OSCE mission suspended its work because of Russia's position after the 2008 events in Georgia.

Military actions were launched in the Georgian territory, South Ossetia on Aug.8 in 2008. Later the Russian troops occupied the Tskhinvali city and drove the Georgian military back. Russia recognized the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in late August. In response, Tbilisi broke off diplomatic relations with Moscow and announced two unrecognized republics as the occupied territories.
