Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava was not allowed to the Georgian government's meeting of. As Ugulava told reporters, the government is not going to consider his issue, therefore, he was not allowed to attend the meeting.
Ugulava said that he came solve the issue of transfers, without which the city authorities will not be able to fund programs for disadvantaged people of the capital.
