According to the head of department of educational process of TSU Dali Kandelaki, Tsulukiani graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law in the specialty "international relations."

"By decision of the examination board, she was qualified as a specialist in international relations," she said.

Tea Tsulukiani hasn't yet commented on this issue.

Minority MP Goga Khachidze requires the Ministry of Justice to present evidence of the minister's higher education in law, as it is legally required. Without such diploma, a person may not hold the position of the Minister of Justice.
