David Balavadze appointed minister of finance and economy of Adjara.
Since October 2012 he served as First Deputy Minister of finance and economy and the last two weeks served as minister.
David Balavadze is an economist, graduated from Batumi State University.
In 2005 he was awarded an MA in International Economic Relations, worked in both the private and public sector.
