BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 20. Georgia increased the re-export of cars to Kyrgyzstan from January through July 2022, Trend reports referring to the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
According to the statistical data, the re-export of cars from Georgia to Kyrgyzstan in seven months of 2022 increased by 2.7 times compared to the same period of 2021 ($6.6 million) - up to $17.7 million.
In the reporting period, Georgia re-exported 2,995 cars to Kyrgyzstan, which is almost a fourfold increase compared to the corresponding period of the last year (755).
Meanwhile, Georgia’s total re-export of cars from January through July 2022 increased by 49.4 percent compared to $247.8 million - up to $370.4 million.
