Georgia Materials 19 June 2006 15:53 (UTC +04:00)

(Prime-News) Mikheil Saakashvili, President of Georgia is not sure about Georgias withdrawal from the Commonwealth of Independent States and forms of future cooperation with NATO.

It will largely depend on the Georgian-Russian relations and contribution of the Russian party in restoration of territorial integrity of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili said in his interview to the Imedi TV, reports Trend.

There are some details and the Georgian-NATO relations largely depend on Russia. If Russia supports Georgia in its craving for restoration of territorial integrity, everything else will not matter. If territorial integrity of Georgia is restored with support of the Russian party, Georgia will remain the part of the Euro Atlantic environment, but the pattern of that cooperation will depend on other factors too, he said.
