Peruvian police have detained President Pedro Castillo, who was removed from office by the national parliament, El Comercio daily reported on Wednesday, Trend reports citing TASS.
The daily published a photo of Castillo in a police station. According to the newspaper, he is in Lima, Peru’s capital.
