PARIS, France, August 6. Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Sabah Shariati finished the Paris 2024 Olympics without winning a medal, Trend reports.
Shariati, who won a bronze medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics, competed for third place at the Summer Olympics in Paris. His opponent in the bronze medal match was Amin Mirzazadeh of Iran. Shariati was defeated, with Mirzazadeh winning the match 4:0. As a result, Shariati finished in 5th place.
