President Barack Obama on Tuesday announced that the United States has made a significant reduction of military flights over Libya, Xinhua reported.
Meanwhile, the president, now on a visit to El Salvado, said that he is confident the United States will be able to transfer all control of the military operations in Libya to the international coalition within a matter of days.
