At least 10 people were killed and more than 15 wounded in the bomb blast that hit Damascus Sunday, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
A bomb exploded Sunday in Damascus, causing casualties, dpa reported according to the Syrian state-run news agency SANA.
The blast occurred near a police station in the Christian district of Bab Touma, it added.
The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said it was a car bomb.
