Egypt is committed to all agreements signed with Israel and seeks ways to develop its relations with the U.S., Egyptian Foreign Minister Muhammed Kamel Amr said on Sept. 27, Arab Media reported citing AFP.

He said he would hold meetings with the U.S officials, especially with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to strengthen relations of strategic partnership with Washington.

Earlier, Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf has said Egypt's peace deal with Israel was not sacred and could be discussed or even changed if that benefits the region or enhances peace.

More than 30 years ago, Egypt became the first Arab country who signed a peace agreement with Israel, which turned Cairo from the main participant of the anti-Israeli coalition into the first partner of the Jewish state in the Arab region.
