( Interfax ) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that the problem of the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty will be discussed on the two by two format.
"We have added one more subject - making the INF treaty universal - to the agenda of the two by two consultations," Lavrov told a Friday news conference in Moscow.
