(exposay.com) - Americans did not only notice Britney Spears' comedic skills last she appeared on "How I Met Your Mother" last week, they also noted her slimmer physique. Sources say the recovering pop star has lost unwanted pounds in just a few weeks and reveal how she managed to shed the fats.
Spears appears healthier looking slender these days as opposed to the bloated figure she sported a few weeks back.
A pal of the 26-year-old tells OK! magazine, "It looked like Britney had lost 15 pounds in four weeks."
Another source says, "Britney's a pro at losing weight fast. She can drop 7 to 10 pounds in two weeks."
The "Toxic" singer has also reportedly given up popping laxatives and diet pills to lose weight. She replaced unhealthy sodas and fast foods with five, small protein-packed meals a day.
And even her Starbucks frappuccino habit has been cut down.
A barista at the singer's favorite branch tells the magazine, "Britney used to come in every day. Now she just comes in from time to time and order a lighter version."
And since Spears doesn't like working out because her legs "get bulky," the tabloid headliner dances her way to fitness in lieu of gym sessions. Insiders say she enjoy daily dance workouts at Los Angeles' Millennium Dance complex.
