Belgrade. Eurovision song contest has kicked off in the Serbian capital Belgrade.
This year its title is 'The confluence of sound,' which is not a traditional Serbian topic, but is very suitable for the contest. The semi-finals take place on May 21st and 22nd. The final is due on May 24th.
Bulgaria's song this year is "DJ, Take me away" by DJ Dian, DJ Balthazar and Yoana.
The official site of the contest, www.eurovision.tv, declares the Bulgarian song 'Most modern song at Eurovision 2008.'
