A bus accident in northern California Sunday evening caused
dozens of injuries and possible fatalities, authorities told CNN.
The accident happened about 6:15 p.m. (9:15 p.m. ET) Sunday outside
Williams, about 60 miles north of Sacramento, California Highway Patrol
spokeswoman Vivian Hasek said.
Hasek said there were reports of multiple fatalities, though details were
not immediately available.
Emergency room officials at a Colusa County hospital said they were
anticipating 50-60 patients from the accident.
