Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner arrived in Cairo Wednesday as part of a tour of the region that has included Algeria and Tunisia, dpa reported.
De Kirchner was to meet with Egyptian President Hosny Mubarak for talks aimed at enhancing bilateral relations. She was also to meet with Arab League Secretary General Amr Mussa.
