Georgia will discuss prolonging its mission's mandate at the OSCE Permanent Council meeting in Vienna on Jan. 15, Georgia's OSCE representative said.
Georgia plans to discuss the Geneva process among other issues.
Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis replaced the Finnish foreign minister as chairman of the OSCE Permanent Council in 2009. This is Bakoyannis' first time heading the council.
Russia blocked the OSCE mission to Georgia in late 2008, demanding a new mission to South Ossetia.
