President of the Chilean Chamber of Deputies Francisco Encina will head a parliamentary delegation to China from Feb. 17 to 24, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) announced Friday.
He will be a guest of China's top legislator Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, Xinhua reported.
