A fan of Serie A side Genoa was seriously hurt Sunday when he was run over by a motor coach carrying visiting supporters of Fiorentina, Italian media reported.
Fans of the two sides threatened each other outside the stadium after the game that ended on a 3-3 score, dpa reported.
It appears that a group of Genoa fans blocked the coach as it left the stadium. The driver inadvertently ran over the fan as he tried to move the vehicle.
The supporter was reportedly in critical conditions in a Genoa hospital.
