Seven people were killed and 12 others are missing Saturday after a rainstorm hit southwest China's Chongqing Municipality causing floods in a canyon, Xinhua reported. They were from a 35-member tourist group.
Another 16 people were saved in the accident, sources with local government said Sunday.
