At least seven people were injured Sunday morning when two unknown persons riding a motorcycle attacked a police post in Hub Chowki city in Pakistan's western province Balochistan, according to local TV reports.
Police sources were quoted as saying that two unknown militants Sunday morning hurled a hand grenade on a police check post but that could not hit the target and fell near some passengers waiting at a bus station, Xinhua reported.
Meanwhile, in another incident, a school was blown up in the area of Shabqadar in district Charsadda, some 35 kms away from provincial capital Peshawar in the North West Frontier Province ( NWFP).
No causalities have been reported yet. The school was close due to the Sunday holiday and no one was inside at the time of blast.
