Former Bosnian leader Ejup Ganic will not be extradited to Serbia to face trial over alleged war crimes, a court in London ruled Tuesday, dpa reported

   The decision by City of Westminster Magistrates' Court is likely to mean that the 64-year-old academic will be free to return to Bosnia after being arrested on a Serbian extradition warrant at London's Heathrow airport on March 1.
