A bomb has exploded near a school in northwest Pakistan's Peshawar, leaving at least two people dead and several others injured, police sources report.
According to local media reports, the bomb went off outside a private model school in Nothia area of Peshawar, the capital of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred when a bomb device planted outside the school building exploded, police said.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and transferred the injured to Lady Reading Hospital.
The bombing comes just two days after 19 people were killed in a blast in the town of Kohat in Khyber Pakhtun-khwa province, PressTV reported.
