Real Madrid have agreed to sell Spain defender Raul Albiol to Malaga in January for around 10 million euros (13.8 million dollars), Marca reported on its website Saturday.
Albiol, 26, joined Real from Valencia in 2009 but has hardly played for the whites since Jose Mourinho took over as coach in 2010, dpa reported.
He was a reserve for Spain at the 2010 World Cup and at Euro 2008.
Malaga, owned by Qatari billionaire Abdullah Al Thani, were joint highest spenders in Spain this summer along with Barcelona, investing more than 70 million euros on nine new players.
