Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz al Saud died in USA this morning, where he underwent treatment, Al Jazeera reported.
According to his official biography, he was 83 years old (according to a number of western sources he was 87 years old). Sultan bin Abdul Aziz was the first Deputy Prime Minister, as well as Defense and Aviation Minister of the country.
Prayer for the deceased Sultan bin Abdulaziz will be carried out in Riyadh on Tuesday.
He arrived in New York for medical treatment in June 2011. According to the Western media outlets, Saudi Crown Prince suffered from colon cancer of last stage in the past few years.
