Anders Breivik's ideological views represent the ultra-right fascist movement, which has not spread widely in Europe, Norwegian Foreign Ministry State Secretary Torgeir Larsen said at a press briefing in Astana today.

"But it still exists," he said. "We should realize this."

Anders Breivik is charged with making an explosion in the government district of Oslo on July 22, 2011. About 8 people were killed. About 69 were killed in shooting at a youth camp of a working party on the island Utey, Norway.
