The death toll in the crash of an Indonesian military plane has reached 11, reports said Friday.

A 35-year-old Dutch-built Fokker 27 crashed in a residential area near Jakarta's Halim Perdanakusumah military airport Thursday. It hit two houses and set seven others on fire when it came down during a routine training flight, dpa reported.

"Last night (a woman victim) died around 10 pm (15:00 GMT Thursday)," air force spokesman Air Marshal Azman Yunus told vivanews news agency on Friday.

The latest victim died after being treated in the air force hospital intensive care unit.The crash killed seven service members and four people on the ground.

The bodies of the victims, including four civilians from one family, were to be handed over to their families in a military ceremony at the Halim Perdanakusumah military airbase Friday morning.

Two children, aged 7 and 1, were among the victims.
