At least 20 people died in two separate accidents in Nepal on Sunday, police said.
A minibus veered off the road and fell 200 metres into a river in the western district of Arghakanchi, killing 16 people. Four were injured in the incident, dpa reported.
Earlier, four people died and 12 were injured when a speeding bus overturned in Jhapa district in eastern Nepal.
