Special services of the CIS countries need to increase exchange of intelligence on terrorists and their accomplices, says Alexander Bortnikov, director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB).
"It is needed to step up the exchange of pre-emptive intelligence on personal data of terrorists, their plans and accomplices," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying at the opening of the 39th session of the council of heads of security bodies and special services of the CIS countries.
He further said the current situation demands operative and decisive actions within a common strategic plan for the physical, informational and ideological suppression of terrorist movements.
