A 6.0-magnitude earthquake hits Papua New Guinea, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said March 4.
The tremors have been registered at 14:33 GMT. The epicenter is located 75 kilometrs southwest of the city of Porgera at the depth of 30 kilometers.
No information on victims or destruction has emerged so far.
