(Itar-Tass) - President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation and his Angolan counterpart Jose Eduardo dos Santos, who is currently in Russia on a three-day official visit, started one-to-one talks at the Grand Kremlin Palace.
This is a personal meeting between the leaders of Russia and Angola, reports Trend.
