( ForUm ) - Victor Yushchenko has postponed crisis talks, scheduled for today, president's press office reports. He demands that Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and his parliamentary majority adhere to the country's laws when forming their coalition of deputy factions.
The President believes this will help ensure their legitimacy and guarantee the rights of Ukraine's opposition. Thus he suggests that he and the premier send a joint petition to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to make the so-called imperative mandate constitutional.
