( ForUm ) - The General Prosecutor's Office should investigate the actions of the ex-judges of the CCU who are still on their so-called working places. Mykola Poludenny, the President's councilor, informed at briefing on Tuesday.
"Their actions must be a background for the corresponding law enforcement assessment. The Office of Prosecutorcarries out such examinations," he told.
According to Poludenny, in the view of law, all redundant by the President persons do not have the right to participate in sessions, as well as in the questions of constitutional jurisdiction, and be myrmidons of the law.
"Of course, all the decisions taken with their help couldn't be legal. These decisions were adopted in the powerless court, " Poludenny added.
