(ForUm) - The People's deputies accepted as a "basis" the draft bill on People's deputies' elections. 251 People's deputies voted for such resolution.
In the given document the right of the elderly people to vote at home and corresponding procedure are foreseen, the author of that draft bill, the People deputy from SPU faction Sergiy Matvienko informed
According to him, in the given document the elections are declared valid, if only 50 % of voters, included in electoral roll, participate.
The third norm, represented in the given draft bill, is the mechanism of zeroing that offers to cancel the third part of article 101 of the given law. "It is done in case one political force taken 150 voices during the elections, does not blackmail in further all Ukraine and the parliament, for example, by rejection to take an oath, the parliament becomes incapable and we will be forced to work without the parliament, and Ukraine will be on the verge of the next elections and political chaos, " Matvienko emphasized.
It is necessary to note that for final approval of the given draft bill the parliament must consider it at least once again, previously having made necessary amendments in the given document if it is needed.
