( ForUm ) - President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will attend the summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
The leaders of 12 countries of the Black Sea basin will discuss in Istanbul the prospects of cooperation in the fields of economic, trade, transport, ecology and fight against organized crime. This will be the anniversary 15th summit of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
The special meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation will be held before the summit. They will adjust the final summit declaration which all the Presidents then will sign. This declaration will become a directive that will determine the Organization's future.
