Russia has not attacked Ukraine and does not plan to attack other countries, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said following the talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Trend reports referring to TASS.
"Ukraine planned to attack the so-called the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR) as early as this month. Despite our many years of reminders, exhortations, appeals, and proposals, no one listened to us. President of Russia Vladimir Putin has addressed this issue many times in great details," Lavrov said.
