President of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said on Monday there was need for ambition, political will and good will for solution of the Cyprus issue, reported WorldBulletin.
TRNC President Mehmet Ali Talat said, "we think that the issue can be solved within a few months."
"A new process has begun in regard to the Cyprus issue. It should be resolved in a short period of time. The Cyprus issue don't have any indeterminate aspects," he said.
Talat said they were waiting for September 3rd to bargain.
Talat and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias had decided to begin comprehensive negotiations on September 3rd, 2008.
