Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with his Canadian counterpart Lawrence Cannon during the last day of the G-8 Foreign Ministers meeting held in Trieste, Italy, Turk.net reported.
Progression of Turkey-Canada relations and ways to further enhance relations were discussed during the meeting.
Sources who spoke on condition of anonymity said Armenian allegations regarding 1915 incidents were also discussed during the meeting, where Davutoglu underlined how important it was for Canada to take a constructive approach regarding this matter.
