The speaker of the Turkish Parliament, Koksal Toptan, spoke about the necessity to fully change the Turkish constitution while addressing the Turkish legislative agency on July 13, CNN Turk TV channel said.
"It is time to completely change the Turkish constitution," he said.
In April Turkish Prime-Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, spoke about the necessity in making changes in principal law. According to him, Turkey is doing its best to establish a just system and so constitutional change is inevitable.
The decision to change the Turkish constitution was made after municipal elections in late March.
