A military aircraft crashed in eastern Turkey on Thursday, an official statement said, reported Xinhua.
Malatya Governor Mehmet Ulvi Saran said in the statement that the F-4 military plane crashed near Misirdere village in Yazilan town of Malatya province.
Two pilots of the plane survived the crash and were later taken to a military hospital for treatment, Saran added.
There are no further details about the affiliation of the fighting jet and the cause of the crash.
