Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will travel to Turkmenistan on Friday, Anadolu agency reported.
Davutoglu will attend celebrations to mark 15th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality and he will also hold talks with Turkmenistan's officials in Ashkhabad, Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
Davutoglu will be the first Turkish foreign minister to visit Turkmenistan in nine years.
During his visit, Turkey and Turkmenistan will sign the 2011-2012 Action Plan, the statement said.
