Turkish construction company will build auxiliary facilities of the South Yoloten project for Turkmengas and natural gas pipeline in Turkmenistan, Anadolu News Agency reported.
Tekfen Holding said in a statement that the final agreement would be signed with Turkmen authorities next week.
The construction to be completed in 24 months will cost about 261.4 million USD.
Tekfen is one of the 31 Turkish companies in the "Top 225 International Contractors" list of Engineering News Record (ENR), an international construction sector magazine in 2009.
The company posted a consolidated profit of 147.23 million TL in the third quarter of 2010 and its total consolidated assets reached 1.8 billion TL.
