A group of people in the Turkish town of Hopa on Tuesday stoned the bus carrying Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan back from campaign rally, Turkish media reported.
As a result, one of the attackers, who was hit by a stone in the head, died; also a policeman was wounded.
Parliamentary elections will be held in Turkey on June 12.
