Turkey and Algeria intend to expand cooperation in the economic sphere, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during his official visit to Algeria, Anadolu agency reported today.
Erdogan said that Turkey is investing in over 200 projects being implemented in Algeria.
He added that Turkey and Algeria intend to increase bilateral trade to $10 billion.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Economy, the bilateral trade amounted to $3.8 billion in 2012.
