Newspaper: Data of over five million credit card holders hacked in Turkey

Hackers have obtained the data of more than five million credit card holders in Turkey, Sabah newspaper reported today.

According to the newspaper, hackers also obtained the mobile phone numbers and passport details of credit card holders.

According to the newspaper, at present four people suspected of providing hackers with this data have already been arrested.

According to the Turkish Banking Supervision Agency, at present the Turkish population has 56.5 million credit cards and 96.6 million debit cards.
