Former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Taner Yildiz has been appointed assistant to the country’s prime minister Ahmet Davutoglu

Former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Taner Yildiz has been appointed assistant to the country's prime minister Ahmet Davutoglu, the Turkish YeniAsya newspaper reported Feb. 2.

Yildiz, who is 54 years old, served as minister of energy and natural resources of Turkey from May 1, 2009 till August 28, 2015.
